Fyxer is built to meet strict privacy, security, and compliance requirements. We work with organizations in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, legal, and financial services, where formal vendor reviews and security due diligence are required before adoption.

Certifications and standards

Fyxer complies with recognized international security and privacy frameworks, including:

• SOC 2 Type II

• ISO/IEC 27001

• UK GDPR and EU GDPR

• US state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA

• HIPAA (for eligible enterprise customers)

These certifications reflect our commitment to secure data handling, audited controls, and ongoing compliance with industry best practices.

Privacy and data control

Your data remains private and under your control at all times.

• Fyxer only accesses the data required to deliver the features you enable

• Your data is never sold, and is only shared with the service providers we need to run Fyxer

• Customer data is not used to train public or external AI models

• You choose whether your data helps train Fyxer's own AI models, and admins can opt out their whole organization

Access is permission-based and can be revoked at any time.
