Why can't I see a setting that's mentioned in a help article?

Some settings can be hidden or restricted by your organization's Super Admin.

If a feature or setting described here isn't visible in your Dashboard, it may have been turned off or restricted by your organization's admin.

Managed settings allow Super Admins to control which features are available to members, and whether individual settings are visible at all. If your organization is on an eligible Enterprise plan, your admin may have hidden or locked certain settings as part of your organization's configuration.

If you think a setting should be available to you, reach out to your organization's Super Admin. They can check the managed settings and adjust what's visible or enabled for your account.
