Why didn't the Notetaker desktop app record my meeting?
If a meeting didn't record, it's usually due to one of these common causes.
The desktop app records audio from your device's microphone while you're in a meeting. For it to work:
The app must be running
Your laptop must be open (not in sleep mode)
You must be in the meeting
The app detects when a meeting is active and starts recording automatically. If you leave the meeting or close your laptop, recording stops.
