Will I be charged automatically when my trial ends?

How charging works at the end of your free trial.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore Fyxer before committing. At the end of the trial, your account automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel.


What happens at the end of the trial?

When your 7-day trial ends:

  • Your account upgrades to the plan you selected during signup

  • Billing starts automatically

  • You're charged based on your chosen plan (Starter or Professional), number of seats, and billing cycle (monthly or annual)


How to avoid being charged

If Fyxer isn't right for you, make sure you cancel before your trial ends.

Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Billing and select Cancel subscription.

Once cancelled, you won't be charged.


What if I forget to cancel?

If you're charged unexpectedly, contact us at support@fyxer.com as soon as possible. Include your account email and the charge date. We'll review your request in line with Fyxer's refund policy.


Common questions

Will I be reminded before my trial ends?

Your trial status shows in your Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Set your own reminder to avoid surprises.

Can I change plans during the trial?

Yes. Switch between Starter and Professional anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Does adding team members during the trial affect billing?

Yes. Any seats in your workspace when the trial ends are included in your first charge.
