How to use insights in Fyxer to ask questions and instantly find information from your meeting.
Instead of watching an entire recording or reading a full transcript, you can ask Fyxer questions about your meeting and get answers instantly. Insights lets you quickly find the details you need without reviewing the whole conversation.
What you can ask
You can ask natural, specific questions based on what was discussed in the meeting, such as:
"What did we agree with the seller on pricing?"
"What were the next steps from the call?"
"Who raised the budget concerns?"
"What action items were assigned?"
Fyxer scans the transcript and returns a direct answer within seconds.
How to use insights
Go to Dashboard → Notetaker → Recorded
Select the meeting you want to review
In the right-hand panel, type your question and press enter
You can also choose one of the suggested prompts or select the microphone icon to use voice mode.
Be as specific as possible about the topic, person, or moment you want to reference
Use names, dates, or keywords to help Fyxer find the exact portion of the transcript
