Fyxer terms of use: which ones apply to you

Consumer, Organization, and User Terms explained.

Fyxer's terms set out how you can use Fyxer, and what you and Fyxer each agree to. Which terms apply to you depends on how you use Fyxer, not which plan you're on.

Fyxer terms

• Consumer Terms: you own the account, and use Fyxer personally, with a personal email address

• Organization Terms: you own the account and use Fyxer for work, whether alone or with others

• User Terms: you're a Member or Viewer inside an account someone else owns

Accepting terms

If you're an organization owner or admin, you’ll have to accept the relevant terms at specific moments: creating your account, inviting your first colleague, or switching your organization to a different plan. 

If you're invited as a Member or Viewer within someone else's account, you will be asked to accept terms when you first log in.
