How credits and usage work

What uses credits, and how many you get on each plan.

Credits are Fyxer's way of measuring usage across inbox sorting, Chat, recordings and Flows.

At launch, Pro and Team plans get unlimited credits for the first 3 months. After that, the allowances below apply.

Each plan has a different credit allowance:

Plan	Monthly credits	Example use
Free	400, shared across Chat and meetings.	Up to 40 Chat messages or 400 minutes of recorded meetings.
Pro	3,000 per paid member.	15,000 labeled emails, 50 hours of recording, or 300 chat messages.
Team	6,000 per paid member, pooled across your team.	30,000 labeled emails, 100 hours of recording, or 600 chat messages.
Enterprise	Agreed in your contract.

Your balance is shown throughout the trial and 3-month launch offer, so you can see how the monthly allowance would fit your usage going forward.

Each action incurs a credit cost. These are shown below:

This varies, depending on your plan:

Free: metered actions pause until your next monthly renewal, both at launch and afterwards. There's no top-up option
Pro and Team, from month 4: you're told at 80% and 100% of your allowance. If you go over, some features may pause while we get in touch to help you find the right plan
Enterprise: custom, per your contract

Once the 3-month launch offer ends, you can buy extra credits on paid plans, if you need them.

Your included credits reset each month, whether you pay monthly or annually. Unused included credits do not carry over.
