How to choose the Starter vs Professional plan

The main differences between Fyxer plans and what's right for you.

Fyxer offers two plans, Starter and Professional, so you can choose the level of automation that fits how you work today, and scale up when you need more.


Starter plan

Starter is ideal for individuals who want to save time without over-complicating their setup.

Choose Starter if you:

  • Use one inbox and one calendar

  • Want your inbox automatically organized

  • Want high-quality draft replies written in your voice

  • Want meetings recorded and summarized without advanced scheduling

  • Are getting started solo

Starter is the simplest way to experience Fyxer's core value.


Professional plan

Professional is designed for teams, client-facing roles, and power users who want deeper automation.

Choose Professional if you:

  • Manage multiple inboxes or calendars

  • Book meetings across time zones or with multiple attendees

  • Want automatic scheduling links and availability handling

  • Want Fyxer Chat to search emails, meetings, and files

  • Need CRM integrations or shared workflows

Professional unlocks Fyxer's full productivity system.



About trials

When you sign up, Fyxer may start you on a Professional trial so you can explore all features.

This means:

  • You'll see Professional features during the trial

  • You are not locked in

  • You can switch to Starter at any time

Many users start with Professional, then move to Starter once they know what they use most.


How pricing works

  • Prices shown are per user

  • Discounts apply when billed annually

  • You only pay for active seats in your organization

To review or change your plan:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing

  2. Select "Switch to Starter" or "Switch to Professional"

  3. Confirm your update


Still unsure which plan Is right?

A simple rule of thumb:

  • Email + meetings for one person → Starter

  • Scheduling, teams, or multiple inboxes → Professional

You can switch plans anytime without losing data or settings.
