Legacy plans and pricing
Prices, features, and billing for the Starter and Professional plans.
In September 2026, Fyxer introduced new plans and pricing, along with new features. If you signed up before then, you're likely on one of our legacy plans: Starter or Professional.
For now, you can stay on your legacy plan with the same pricing and features. You can also switch to a new plan at any time.

Check which plan you're on
Go to Dashboard → Admin settings → Billing. You'll see your current plan, billing cycle, and seat count.
If you can't see Billing, you're likely a Member. Only admins can view and change billing settings, so ask your admin.
Legacy plan billing
Legacy plans are billed per user, and annual billing costs 25% less than monthly. To see what you pay, go to Dashboard → Admin settings → Billing.

How billing works on legacy plans
Legacy plans use per-seat pricing.
Your total cost is: plan price × number of active seats
A seat is one user, however many inboxes or calendars they connect
Billing is handled at the organization level, and one payment method covers all seats
All seats in your organization are on the same plan, so you can't mix Starter and Professional seats in one organization
Your bill changes when:
Seats are added or removed
You switch plans
You switch billing cycles
If your organization has Automatically add users for this domain turned on, anyone who signs up with your company email address joins your organization and counts as a seat.

Switch to a new plan
You can switch to one of Fyxer's new plans at any time from Dashboard → Admin settings → Billing.

Frequently asked questions
Will my price change if I stay on a legacy plan?
No. For now, your pricing and features stay the same.
Can I switch between Starter and Professional?
No, you can't switch between legacy plans, just to new plans.
Can I add seats to a legacy plan?
Yes. You can still add seats if your organization is on a legacy plan. The new seats will use the same legacy plan until you switch.
Can new customers sign up for Starter or Professional?
No, new customers to a new organization will need to sign up for one of the new plans.
