What happens when you hit Free plan limits
What's included on Free, and your options when your balance reaches zero.
Free includes one connected mailbox, three Spaces, your weekly briefing, and 400 credits per month shared between Chat and meetings.
Inbox labeling and draft replies aren't included on Free – they start with Pro.
How the balance works
The Free plan gives you 400 credits per month. That's up to 40 Chat messages, 400 minutes of recorded meetings, or a mix of both.
Here are some examples:

When you hit zero
Metered actions pause until your next monthly renewal. There's no top-up option on a Free plan, so you'll need to wait for the balance to reset, or upgrade to Pro for a larger allowance.
Keeping your account active
If your account is inactive for 30 days, some background jobs may pause. Signing in to Fyxer or opening the app starts them up again.
Getting more
The fastest way to lift the limit is upgrading to Pro, which includes a much larger monthly credit allowance of 3,000 vs. Free’s 400, plus inbox labeling and draft replies.
