Why Fyxer needs access to your email

Fyxer connects to Gmail or Outlook so it can:

1. Organize your inbox automatically
   Fyxer sorts emails into smart categories (To do/To respond, FYI, Marketing etc.) so the most important messages stay visible and distractions are filed away

2. Draft emails that sound like you
   Fyxer analyzes the writing style in your inbox to generate draft replies, but only you can hit send

3. Help you follow up on conversations
   By understanding email threads, Fyxer can surface messages you're waiting on and prepare responses when it's your turn to reply

4. Power in-chat search and context
   When you ask Fyxer a question in Chat (e.g., "What did I promise this client?"), it searches across your emails to give you the answer instantly

Why Fyxer needs access to your calendar

Connecting your calendar enables:

• Smart scheduling (no back-and-forth)
  Fyxer can suggest real-time availability, generate a personal booking link, and book meetings

• Meeting automation
  With calendar access, Fyxer can:

  • Detect meeting links

  • Join calls automatically when enabled

  • Generate summaries

  • Prepare pre-read emails before meetings

• Better drafting
  If someone asks to meet, Fyxer uses your availability to write a polished reply with proposed times

What Fyxer does not do with your data

Fyxer is designed with strict safety controls and does not perform any automatic actions on your behalf.

• Fyxer never sends emails
  Drafts are created, but you choose if and when to send

• Fyxer never books meetings without your confirmation
  Scheduling suggestions appear in drafts; you must approve or send the final message

• Your data is not used to train ChatGPT or third-party models
  LLMs process your content only to produce the features you request. Your data is never used to train external systems.
