Manage all your inboxes in one place

You can connect multiple email accounts to one Fyxer account. Here's what's included on each plan and how to get set up.

Fyxer lets you connect multiple email accounts to a single account, so you can keep all your settings, preferences, and history in one place.


What's included on each plan

  • Starter plan: one inbox and calendar per user

  • Professional plan: unlimited inboxes and calendars per user


Important: use the same login

Each Fyxer account is linked to one Google or Microsoft login.

  • Always log in with the same account you used to sign up

  • If you sign in with a different login, you'll create a new, separate Fyxer account with its own billing, settings, and history


How to connect another email

  1. Log into your Fyxer Dashboard with your original Google or Microsoft login

  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations

  3. Select Connect another and follow the steps

Once connected, Fyxer will start organizing emails from your additional inbox using the same smart categories.


Can't select the right account?

If Google or Microsoft won't let you choose another account during setup:

  • Sign out of your Google or Microsoft account in your browser and try again, or

  • Open Fyxer in an Incognito/Private window

When prompted, avoid checking "Do not ask me again" – this ensures you can pick the correct account.
