Why are my folders empty?
Your emails are in your inbox, not the folder. Here's why.
In Outlook, an email can only exist in one place. So any Fyxer categories you have set up to show in your inbox will appear there, labeled, but not in the corresponding folder.
Review your settings
You can decide which categories stay in your inbox and which are filed into folders automatically.
Go to your Dashboard → Categorization. You'll see two columns:
Move these out of my inbox
Keep these in my inbox
In Outlook, any category set to Keep these in my inbox will only appear in your inbox, not in its folder. To have emails show in the folder instead, toggle it to Move these out of my inbox.
A popular setup is to keep To do/To respond and FYI in your inbox and move everything else out, so you only see what matters most.
Changes apply to new emails only. Past emails won't be updated.
