As an enterprise customer, you have full control over which email domains Fyxer AI is allowed to process. This gives your organization an added layer of privacy and compliance — ensuring that emails from sensitive or restricted domains are never read, categorized, or used by Fyxer.
What Are AI Processing Exclusions?
AI Processing Exclusions let you define domains that Fyxer should ignore entirely.
When a domain is added to this list:
Emails from that domain will be excluded from all AI processing.
Subdomains are also excluded automatically (e.g., adding
gov.ukalso excludessub.gov.uk).These emails will not be used for drafting, categorization, or summarization.
Example:
If you exclude gmail.com Fyxer will skip any emails sent from those domains across all organization accounts.
How to Manage Excluded Domains
Only organization admins can manage AI processing exclusions.
To view or edit exclusions:
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Click Settings → Organization
Under AI Processing Exclusions click Add domain to add
Type the domain and save changes
Click the X to remove any domain you no longer wish to exclude.
Changes apply organization-wide and take effect immediately.
