Set up your personal scheduling link

Share your booking link and let Fyxer handle the rest.

Your personal booking link gives others a simple way to schedule time with you. It's powered by your connected calendar and automatically updates to reflect your real-time availability.

You can share it anywhere – email, messages, or your website – and Fyxer will handle the scheduling.

Your calendar must be connected for this to work. Email and calendar are connected separately: Set up Fyxer in 2 minutes.

Go to your Dashboard → Scheduling → Links. You'll see your personal booking link.

  1. Click Copy link and select the meeting length you want (e.g. 30, 45, or 60 minutes)

  2. Share the link with anyone who needs to book time with you

Team booking links will appear under the Teams tab. You'll find more information on team scheduling links here:

What happens when someone books time with you

When someone books through your scheduling link:

  • The meeting is automatically added to your calendar

  • You receive a booking confirmation

  • The attendee receives the calendar invite with the meeting link

  • If Notetaker is enabled, it automatically joins and records the meeting

No back-and-forth emails required.

You'll see the following tabs in the Scheduling section. Here's what you can do in each:

  • Links: share your personal and team scheduling links. You'll also find general scheduling settings there, reached from the gear icon top right

  • Drafts: set how Fyxer responds to meeting requests via email

  • Availability: set your time zone and when you're available for meetings

  • Advanced: choose which calendar events are created in (only visible if you have multiple connected calendars)

If you already use another scheduling tool (like Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, or Motion), you can keep using it alongside Fyxer.

  • Email signature

  • Gmail or Outlook templates

  • LinkedIn messages

  • WhatsApp or SMS

  • Your website contact page

  • Client onboarding messages

Wherever you share it, the link always shows your up-to-date availability.

How it works behind the scenes

  • Availability is pulled directly from your connected calendar

  • Conflicts, busy times, and existing meetings are automatically excluded

  • The link updates instantly if your schedule changes

  • Guests can book without creating an account

Tips for best results

  • Choose a shorter duration (15–30 mins) if most of your meetings are quick

  • Keep the link handy by saving it to your clipboard manager or email templates

  • If you manage multiple calendars, ensure the correct one is connected in Settings → Integrations
