All settings live in the left-hand menu, organized by function.
1. Inbox & Categorization
Choose what stays in your inbox vs. gets filed automatically
Adjust how categories display:
Gmail → colored labels
Outlook → folders + category tags
Create Email Rules to handle specific senders or subjects
Add Alternative Emails to stop self-replies
Fine-tune priorities with Response & Marketing Thresholds
2. Draft Settings
Tone of Voice – guide Fyxer using the Prompt Box
Conversation View – keep threads grouped cleanly
Email Signature & Fonts – personalize your replies
Follow-Ups – toggle automatic follow-up reminders
3. Meetings & Notetaker
View your recordings log with past summaries
Manage upcoming calls – decide if the notetaker joins
Start ad-hoc recordings for instant recording
In Meeting Settings you can:
Set notetaker behavior (auto or manual)
Add Custom Terminology (e.g. product names, acronyms)
Select your transcript language

Toggle your Fyxer scheduling link on/off
Add a third-party link (Calendly, etc.) if you prefer
Set your time zone for accurate availability
5. Your Files (Pro plan feature)
Upload and manage documents in Your Files
For improved meeting context and draft replies

Ask Fyxer questions in real time (e.g. “Draft a reply using my last client email”)
Pull in content from your inbox, meetings, or uploaded files
Great for ad-hoc requests outside your inbox workflow
