Your privacy is core to how we build Fyxer. We only access what’s required to deliver the features you’ve enabled - nothing more, nothing stored unnecessarily, and never shared with third parties.
Below is a breakdown of how we handle your data across email, calendar, and meetings.
Emails
Fyxer accesses your inbox to:
Categorize and prioritize your messages
Generate draft replies in your tone and writing style
Support follow-up logic and contact memory
We securely store your email data to improve the relevance and quality of your drafts. This is done only for your account - Fyxer does not use your emails to train public AI models, and nothing is shared outside your environment.
All drafts are generated on the fly, and you choose whether to send, edit, or ignore them. You remain in full control.
Calendar
Fyxer uses your calendar connection to:
Show real-time availability for meetings
Draft scheduling emails based on email context and your calendar
Avoid double-bookings and streamline booking links
Fyxer never sends calendar invites automatically - only when you approve it. Your calendar data is never shared, and all access is scoped strictly to what’s needed for these tasks.
Meeting Notetaker
Fyxer only processes meeting content when you enable the Meeting Notetaker.
Summaries are generated from live transcripts
Notes are stored in your dashboard and inbox only
If notetaker is disabled, no content is recorded or processed
This ensures complete transparency - you decide when meetings are recorded and summarized.
