You can upload documents (PDFs only, up to 10MB each) to your Fyxer AI knowledge base. This helps Fyxer generate smarter, more accurate drafts by learning from the materials you already use.
Why Upload Documents?
Uploaded documents allow Fyxer to reference your own resources when writing replies. This means drafts will sound more relevant, aligned, and tailored to your work.
Examples where this adds real value:
Static, high-value resources: company policies, service descriptions, product guides.
Internal phrasing and positioning: so replies match your team’s preferred style and tone.
Client- or project-specific material: helping Fyxer tailor replies across multiple accounts.
Dynamic content (e.g. weekly reports, property lists) isn’t ideal for upload yet. For fast-changing material, keep managing it manually or through your usual workflows.
How To Upload
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard
In the left-hand menu click Your files
Click Choose file to upload any document
Fyxer will automatically scan and store the content for future use in your replies
From there, Fyxer will automatically use the content when it’s contextually relevant in your drafts.
Pro Tip: Upload by Email
You don’t always need to log into the dashboard.
Forward an email to [email protected] with your PDF attached.
In the body of the email, type “upload PDF”.
Fyxer will automatically add it to your knowledge base on app.fyxer.com.
Quick, easy, and perfect if you’re already in your inbox.
Best Practices
Keep files small: split larger PDFs into sections under 10MB for faster scanning.
Use uploads for permanent facts: (policies, pricing, templates) rather than fast-changing updates.
Review and update regularly: delete or replace old documents to avoid outdated content showing in drafts.
Control sharing: uploaded files default to the strictest privacy settings. You decide what’s shared or not.
Things to Know
User-managed: you control which files are uploaded, stored, or removed.
Fact vs opinion: Fyxer treats uploaded content as long-term reference, but it may still need refining for context relevance.
Availability: document upload is currently available for Pro users only.
