Fyxer plans and free trial

Fyxer offers three paid plans: Pro, Team, and Enterprise. This article tells you what you get with each, and how the free trial works.
In September 2026, Fyxer introduced new plans and pricing, along with new features. If you're on a legacy plan, you can switch to a new one at any time to get these features.

Fyxer's paid plans
Pro: for individuals. Get replies drafted in your tone, your emails labeled, meetings recorded, and a follow-up list that refreshes every hour. You can share work with colleagues through Spaces, shared notes, and Flows
Team: for teams. Everything in Pro, along with an organization-wide profile, admin controls, and shared context across the team. Two seat minimum
Enterprise: everything in Team, plus custom infrastructure, integrations and contractual commitments. Requires set up by the Fyxer sales team

Trying Fyxer out
When you sign up, you get a 7-day free trial of the Team plan. Colleagues who join you during your trial each get their own 7 days, starting from when they sign up.
What happens when the trial ends
If you don't choose a paid plan by the end of your trial, your account moves to Free automatically. There's no charge and nothing to cancel.
What’s included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes:
Your editable profile
A weekly email briefing of your commitments
Dashboard actions, updated daily
3 personal Spaces
400 credits a month (up to 40 chat messages, if you use them only for Chat, or 6 hours 40 minutes of meeting recordings)
Automatic labeling and replies drafted in your tone are included from Pro plans upward.
Anything you had beyond Free's limits, such as extra Spaces or a second mailbox, stays in place, but is restricted until you move to a paid plan.
If you run out of credits, Chat and meeting recording pause until your credits reset the next month. Accounts with no activity for 30 days are paused, but you can reconnect any time.
