Track email follow-ups

Let Fyxer keep track of emails you're waiting on.

Fyxer automatically spots conversations where you're waiting for a reply and drafts a follow-up when the time is right.

How it works

  1. Fyxer tracks emails you've sent that haven't received a reply

  2. Emails remain in your Sent folder until your configured follow-up wait period has passed

  3. Once the wait period is up, if no reply has been received, emails are flagged as Awaiting reply or To follow up, depending on your setup

  4. At this point, a follow-up draft is created and ready to review when you need it

Where to find follow-ups drafts

Follow-up drafts will appear under the Awaiting reply or To follow up labels. They may also show in your inbox, depending on your email categorization settings.

A sent email you're waiting to hear back on does not move to Awaiting reply or To follow up immediately. It stays in Sent until your configured follow-up wait has passed.

Follow the steps below to check or adjust your follow-up timing.

Adjust follow-up timing

Set how many days Fyxer waits before drafting a follow-up.

  1. Open your Dashboard → Drafts

  2. Under General, scroll to Follow-ups

  3. Choose the number of days before following up

  4. Click Update preferences
