Upload documents to improve draft accuracy

Give Fyxer more context with custom files.

You can upload PDF or CSV files directly to Fyxer, giving it greater context, and making email drafts more informed and specific.

Fyxer pulls the relevant details directly into the draft reply, so you don't have to search for, copy, or repeat the same information.

This is available to customers on a Professional plan.


How uploaded documents are used

When an incoming email asks a question your uploaded files can answer, Fyxer pulls that information directly into the draft reply. No copy-pasting, no switching tabs.

This works well for emails that reference:

  • Pricing, plans, or packages

  • Policies, processes, or terms

  • Product details or feature explanations

  • Contracts, proposals, or RFP-style questions

  • Data stored in CSVs

It's particularly useful for sales, customer success, and relationship management – anywhere a fast, accurate reply matters.

What to upload: documents that don't change often tend to work best. Think rate cards, playbooks, briefs, templates, and style guides. Dynamic files like live pipelines or weekly reports can go stale quickly, so these are less reliable as a reference.

Uploaded files are used both when Fyxer generates draft replies and when you ask questions in Fyxer Chat.

How to upload documents

Option 1: upload from your Dashboard

  1. Open your Dashboard Drafts → Custom files

  2. Click Choose files or drop the files in

  3. Enable Share with organization if you want teammates to access it

Fyxer will automatically reference the document when generating drafts or answering related questions.

Option 2: upload by email

You can upload files directly from your inbox:

  1. Forward any email to ai@fyxer.com

  2. Attach the file you want to upload

  3. Add "upload file" in the message body

Fyxer will store the file in your account and use it as reference material going forward.


Tips for best results

  • Upload authoritative, final documents, not drafts

  • Replace or delete outdated files regularly

  • Use CSV files for clear, structured data

  • Avoid uploading documents that change weekly

  • Files can be added, replaced, or deleted anytime

  • Fyxer treats uploaded documents as reference, not absolute truth

  • PDFs and CSV files up to 50MB are supported

  • Document uploads are available on Professional plans
