If you're on a Pro or Enterprise plan and still seeing the default “Fyxer AI is taking notes” image in your meetings - even after uploading your own logo - this usually comes down to when the meeting was created.
What’s happening?
The Notetaker’s image is attached to the calendar event at the time it’s created.
This means:
Meetings scheduled before your branding update will still show the default image.
Simply updating your logo won’t retroactively change the branding on existing meetings.
How to apply your new image to future meetings
To refresh the Notetaker’s image across upcoming events:
Go to your Fyxer AI Dashboard → Meetings Settings
Under "Should join meetings automatically", select None
→ This disables the Notetaker for all upcoming events.Wait ~10 minutes
Re-enable by selecting All meetings
→ This resets the join settings and updates the Notetaker image.
Your updated logo will now appear in newly created or edited calendar events.
💡 Tip: If you want your custom branding to appear in specific meetings already on the calendar, try re-creating or duplicating the event - the new image will apply.
