Managed settings: control features and defaults for your organization
Set feature defaults and control what your team can change.
Managed settings give Super Admins control over which Fyxer features are available to members of your organization, and how those features behave by default.
This goes further than the standard organization settings available on Pro plans. You can set defaults and restrict individual feature controls at an org level, so Fyxer works consistently across your team from day one.
Managed settings are available for eligible Enterprise accounts. If you would like access to this feature, please book a chat with our Sales team.
Where to find them
Go to Dashboard → Admin settings → Managed settings.
At the top of the page, you can toggle between these views:
Organization: settings that apply to all members
Teams: settings that apply to any teams you are part of. If you are part of multiple teams, and they have conflicting settings, the most restrictive applies to you
Personal: your own individual settings
What you can control
Enabled features
Turn features on or off for your entire organization. For each feature, you can set:
Control mode: whether the setting is user-controlled (members can change it) or locked to a default you set
Default value: the starting state for all members
Visibility: whether users can see the feature or not
Features you can manage here:
Email labels: inbox categorization
Email drafts: auto-generated draft replies
Follow-ups: automated follow-up reminders
Calendar labels: event labels on calendar
Topic labels: topic-based email labels
Draft behavior
Follow-up delay: how many days Fyxer waits before drafting a follow-up reminder
Auto-delete drafts after: how many days before unused drafts are automatically deleted
Notetaker
Auto-join meetings: which meetings Notetaker automatically joins
Recording distribution: who receives meeting recordings
Transcript language: the language used for transcription
Send recording failure emails: whether members receive an email when a recording fails
Font settings
Set organization-wide default font family, size, and color for Fyxer-generated draft emails.
Integration access
Control which integrations members can connect, and whether those settings are visible to them.
Available integrations include: Gmail and Google Calendar, Outlook email and calendar, Slack, HubSpot, and Microsoft Teams.
Using auto-connect onboarding? If your organization uses SSO and you want new members to be connected automatically when they accept an invite, you'll need to make sure only one email and calendar provider is enabled here, either Gmail or Outlook, not both. Disable the one your team doesn't use before sending invitations.

How control mode works
Each setting has a control mode that determines how much control members have over that feature. There are three or four options, depending on the feature:
User controlled: members can see and change this setting themselves. Your chosen default value is applied when they first join, but they can override it
Team delegated: the default value is determined by the team
Organisation locked: the setting is fixed at the default you choose. It applies to everyone and cannot be changed by members
Enabled for specific users: the feature is only available to members you explicitly select. Everyone else in the organization won't have access to it
Who can access managed settings?
Only Super Admins on eligible Enterprise plans can access or change these settings.
