Fyxer AI works across most versions of Outlook, but performance depends on which version you're using. This guide covers:
Which versions of Outlook are best supported
Recommended settings for Outlook Web, New Outlook, and Classic Outlook
Tips to make Fyxer’s categories and drafts work smoothly
Supported Outlook Versions
For the best performance with Fyxer AI, we recommend:
Outlook Web (Browser-based) – Highly recommended
New Outlook for Mac or Windows – Stable and reliable
Outlook Desktop (Mac) – Fully supported
Functional but less reliable: Classic Outlook (Legacy Desktop for Windows). It works for some features, but can be less stable.
Not Supported:
Apple Mail (macOS/iOS Mail app)
Third-party clients (e.g. Thunderbird, Spark, Superhuman)
On-premise or hybrid Exchange servers (limited API support)
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure which version you’re running, try switching to Outlook Web for the smoothest experience.
