Fyxer stores and processes data exclusively in the EU/EEA.

This ensures alignment with GDPR data residency requirements and avoids unnecessary exposure to non-EU jurisdictions.
Cloud Infrastructure
Fyxer is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using EU-based data centers only.
Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade infrastructure with strong security, availability, and compliance guarantees. Fyxer does not operate its own physical servers and does not store customer data outside approved EU regions.
Jurisdiction and Legal Safeguards
Because all Fyxer customer data is stored and processed within the EU:
Data is governed by EU and local member-state laws
GDPR protections apply by default
Customer data is not subject to U.S. data residency by default
We do not voluntarily transfer customer data outside the EU
This is particularly important for customers assessing exposure to regulations such as the U.S. Cloud Act or sector-specific compliance requirements.
