Your privacy and security are foundational to how Fyxer is built. We only access what's required to deliver the features you enable - nothing more. Your data remains private, under your control, and is never used or shared in ways you don't expect.
Core Principles
Fyxer AI is built around a few non-negotiables:
Purpose-limited access - We only access data needed to deliver enabled features
No external data sharing - Your data is never sold or shared with third parties
No AI training on customer data - Now or in the future
User-controlled access - You decide what's connected, and you can revoke access at any time
Email Data
When you connect your inbox, Fyxer accesses your email to:
Categorize and prioritize incoming messages
Generate draft replies in your tone and writing style
Support follow-ups and contact memory
Email content is processed securely only within your account to improve relevance and accuracy. Fyxer does not use your emails to train public or third-party AI models, and your data is never shared outside your environment.
Drafts are generated dynamically. You always decide whether to send, edit, or ignore them.
Calendar Data
Fyxer uses your calendar connection to:
Check availability for scheduling
Draft scheduling emails based on email context and availability
Prevent double bookings and unnecessary back-and-forth
Fyxer never sends calendar invites automatically. All scheduling actions require your approval, and calendar access is strictly scoped to these functions.
Meeting Notetaker
Meeting data is only processed when you explicitly enable the Meeting Notetaker.
When enabled:
Live transcripts are generated during the meeting
Summaries and action items are created after the call
Notes are stored only in your dashboard and inbox
If the notetaker is disabled, no meeting content is recorded or processed. You remain fully in control of when meetings are summarized.
AI Training and Model Usage
Fyxer AI does not use your emails, calendar data, meeting recordings, or summaries to train or fine-tune public or third-party AI models - now or in the future.
We do not sell, license, or externally monetize customer data, including anonymized or aggregated content. Your data is used solely to deliver features within your account.
What Happens When You Disconnect Fyxer
If you disconnect your email or delete your account:
All active access to your inbox and calendar is immediately revoked
Fyxer can no longer read, process, or generate drafts from your data
No new emails, meetings, or events are processed
You may still see folders or labels that were previously created in your inbox. These are native to your email provider and can be removed manually - their presence does not indicate ongoing access.
Using a Work Email?
Some organizations require IT or admin approval before connecting third-party apps (particularly with Microsoft 365). If you see an approval screen during setup, your IT team may need to approve Fyxer before access can be granted.
