Fyxer automatically generates drafts for emails needing a response, but you can also request a draft manually at any time. Manual drafting is helpful when you need to write an email from scratch, like a follow-up after an in-person meeting, a team update, or an email you archived before Fyxer could draft.
How to create a manual draft
There are two ways to manually request drafts:
Forward the email to [email protected] with the word "draft" in the message body
Use Fyxer Chat to ask for an email from scratch. Go to Dashboard → Chat and tell Fyxer what you need
With both options, you can include helpful instructions for tone (e.g. "polite but firm"), context, or key points.

Where to find your drafts
Fyxer drafts appear in two places:
Your email client's drafts folder
Inside the email thread, if conversation view is enabled
Remember: Fyxer never sends drafts automatically – you always review and approve.
