Upload PDFs, spreadsheets, CSVs, and other reference documents to help Fyxer answer questions more accurately when drafting replies.
When someone emails you a question that your files can answer, Fyxer pulls the relevant details directly into the draft reply - so you don't have to search, copy, or re-explain the same information.
What Uploaded Documents Are Used For
Fyxer uses uploaded documents to answer questions inside email drafts, especially when emails reference:
Pricing, plans, or packages
Policies, processes, or terms
Product details or feature explanations
Contracts, proposals, or RFP-style questions
Data points stored in spreadsheets or CSVs
If an incoming email contains a question your uploaded files already answer, Fyxer includes that information directly in the draft reply.
This is especially useful for sales, customer success, and relationship management workflows.
Best for static reference content: Uploads work best for information that doesn't change often (e.g., playbooks, templates, pricing summaries). Dynamic documents (e.g., weekly reports, live pipelines, fast-changing data) may become outdated quickly.
What Uploaded Documents Don't Do
Uploading documents:
Does not change your writing style or tone
Does not automatically improve draft quality on its own
Does not surface documents outside of drafts
Does not keep files in sync if the source document changes
Documents are used only as reference when generating drafts or answers.
How to Upload Documents
Option 1: Upload from Your Dashboard
Open your Dashboard
Go to Drafts → Custom Files
Click Choose file
Select a PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, or similar file
(Optional) Enable Share with organization if you want teammates to access it
The file will upload instantly
Fyxer will automatically reference the document when generating drafts or answering related questions.
Option 2: Upload by Email
You can upload files directly from your inbox:
Forward any email to [email protected]
Attach the file you want to upload
Add "upload file" (or "upload PDF") in the message body
Fyxer will store the file in your account and use it as reference material going forward.
Tips for Best Results
Keep files under 10MB for faster processing
Upload authoritative, final documents (not drafts)
Replace or delete outdated files regularly
Use spreadsheets for clear, structured data (pricing, tables, metrics)
Avoid uploading documents that change weekly
Things To Know
Files can be added, replaced, or deleted anytime
