How to review, edit, and send your first draft

Review a draft, make any edits, and send – this is how Fyxer learns your tone.

Updated over a month ago

Once Fyxer starts generating drafts, the fastest way to get value is to review, edit, and send your first few replies.

The more drafts you review and send, the more accurately Fyxer writes in your voice.

Step 1: open a draft

You can access drafts from your email drafts folder or from within the email thread.

To open a draft from inside the email thread

  1. Open the "To do" email conversation

  2. Scroll to the newest message

  3. Look for the draft in the thread

This works best when conversation view is on.

Step 2: review the draft

What's in each draft

  • A reply written in your tone

  • Context pulled from the full thread

  • Availability or scheduling options, if relevant

  • Placeholder details for you to fill in

Before you send, check:

  • Tone and accuracy

  • Names, dates, and any specific details

  • Anything missing from the thread

Step 3: make small edits (don't delete)

Fyxer drafts are designed to be adjusted, not rewritten from scratch. Tweak a sentence, swap a detail, or add an attachment.

💡 Tip: small edits teach Fyxer your voice and improve future drafts faster than deleting and rewriting.

Step 4: send the email

When you're happy, send the email as usual. Your edits stay private and help improve your personalized draft model.
