Fyxer AI works across most modern setups, but there are a few requirements to know before you connect. Here’s how to confirm your tools are supported.
Supported Platforms
Email providers
Gmail (Google Workspace + personal Gmail)
Outlook (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online only)
Works with both the New Outlook desktop app (Mac & Windows) and Outlook on the web
Calendar integrations
Google Calendar
Outlook Calendar (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online only)
On-premise Exchange and hybrid Outlook setups aren’t supported.
Logging in
Gmail users: Use Sign in with Google and make sure your credentials match the email registered with Fyxer.
Outlook users: Your email must be cloud-hosted on Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). Log in via the Microsoft option.
Recommended Browsers
Fyxer runs best on:

Safari (latest)
💡 Tip: disable browser extensions that block scripts, as they may interfere with Fyxer.
Not Supported
Apple Mail (Mac or iOS Mail apps)
Third-party clients like Thunderbird, Spark, Superhuman
Email aliases (drafts may fail to send correctly)
Admin-restricted Microsoft accounts (may need admin approval)
GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365 accounts
POP3 / IMAP accounts (including PST-based local email)
Hybrid Gmail + Outlook setups
