Fyxer’s meeting pre-reads: Full context, fast

Updated over a month ago

Fyxer AI can generate a smart meeting pre-read to help you walk in with full context. No more scrambling through threads or tabs.

What Are Meeting Pre-Reads?

Pre-reads are automatically generated summaries delivered before your meeting starts. They’re built to help you quickly:

  • Catch up on recent conversations

  • Understand the meeting’s purpose and history

  • Prepare for key decisions or questions

  • Scan relevant background information

What’s Included?

Your pre-read pulls together:

  • Recent Discussions
A snapshot of what’s been said recently across email and meeting notes, filtered to show only what’s relevant to this meeting or group.

  • Meeting Context
Who’s attending, whether it’s a new or recurring session, and what the agenda looks like. It highlights what you need to focus on.

  • Background Research
Quick summaries of attendees and their companies - including roles, company info, and recent news from public sources.

  • On-Hover Details
Hover over any name or company to view a side-panel with rich context: bios, company snapshots, past mentions, and more.

How to Customize

You can tailor your pre-read to show the sections you find most useful.

Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard > Meetings Settings > scroll to Meeting pre-reads

From there, just tick or untick any section such as:

  • Meeting background

  • Preparation focus

  • Questions to ask

  • Stakeholder notes

  • Budget considerations
    …and more.

Can I Turn This On or Off?

Yes. You can choose to generate pre-reads for:

  • All meetings

  • Only certain types of meetings (e.g. client-facing, internal, etc.)

  • Recurring meetings only (toggle option)

What Does The ‘Regenerate’ Button Do?

This button creates a new Pre-read version, pulling in different and new information. You can use this when you want even more information that was not parsed through in the first pre-read you received.
