Quick Reference

Super Admin Can Do Everything:

  • Invite and remove members

  • Assign admin vs member roles

  • Manage billing and plan

  • Enable / disable features

  • Set org-wide defaults

  • Delete the team / org

Team Admin Can:

  • Invite and remove members

  • Assign member roles

  • Manage team feature settings

  • Delete their own team

  • Assign Team Admin roles within their team

Team Admin Cannot:

  • Manage billing

  • Delete the organization

  • Enable / disable org-wide features

  • Set org-wide defaults

  • Assign Super Admin roles

Member Can:

  • Invite members

  • Use enabled features

  • Access personal content

  • Share content where allowed

Member Cannot:

  • Remove members

  • Manage billing

  • Change org-wide settings
