If you're on a Pro or Enterprise plan, you can replace the default Fyxer Notetaker image with your own company logo or any team-approved visual. This custom image will appear wherever the Notetaker joins your meetings.
Update your Notetaker image
Go to Dashboard → Notetaker → Notetaker settings (reached from the gear icon top right)
Scroll down to Custom Notetaker image
Click Upload image and select your logo or graphic
Click Update preferences to apply the update
Only users with admin privileges will see this setting.
Recommended image specifications
For the best appearance in meetings:
Minimum height: 720 px
Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape)
Format: PNG or JPG recommended
When the new image takes effect
Your custom Notetaker image will appear in newly created meetings after the upload. Existing or previously scheduled meetings will continue using the old image unless you recreate them.
