Schedule group meetings with multi-attendee availability

Updated over a week ago

Fyxer supports scheduling with multiple people on the same email thread. This helps you find a time that works for everyone - without checking calendars manually or juggling invite chains.

How Multi-Attendee Scheduling Works

When someone opens your scheduling link, they can:

1. Add attendees

In the Attendees section, invitees can add:

  • Their own email address

  • Additional attendees (clients, teammates, partners)

2. Fyxer checks availability

Fyxer identifies overlapping availability using:

  • Your calendar (as the host)

  • Any attendee calendars you have access to

  • Shared calendars in Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook

3. Attendees can adjust meeting options

Recipients can change:

  • Meeting duration (e.g., 30, 45, 60 minutes)

  • How far ahead to search (next 7 / 14 / 30 days)

4. Everyone receives the invite

Once a time is selected:

  • The meeting is added to each attendee's calendar

  • You receive a confirmation

  • No manual follow-ups needed

Important Limitations to Know

  • Fyxer can only check calendars you have permission to view - Even if the attendee is a Fyxer user, their availability cannot be checked unless you have shared calendar access

  • Cross-organization scheduling is supported - You do not need to be in the same company - calendar access works the same way as Gmail/Outlook sharing

  • If someone's calendar isn't visible - They can still attend the meeting, but their availability won't be reflected in the suggested time slots
