Sometimes you want to have a meeting where multiple people from your team attend together.
Team scheduling is designed for situations where an external guest needs time with:
The full account team
Multiple stakeholders
A shared working session
Instead of coordinating availability manually, Fyxer shows times that work for everyone on that team.
What This Is For
Use Team Scheduling when you want to:
Coordinate shared availability across multiple teammates
Book meetings that require more than one attendee
Avoid long email chains like "Does Tuesday work?"
Best for:
Customer workshops
Partner meetings
Multi-person sales calls
External sessions requiring several attendees
How Team Scheduling Works
When someone books through a team scheduling link:
Fyxer checks availability across the selected teammates
Only overlapping available times are shown
The meeting is booked only when everyone can attend
Calendar invites are sent automatically
The Meeting Notetaker joins (if enabled)
This is not assignment - it's shared availability.
Who Can Set This Up?
Super Admins can:
Create new teams
Manage all teams (rename, manage members, configure scheduling settings)
Team Admins can:
Manage their own teams (rename, manage members, configure scheduling settings)
Delete their own team
Members can:
Participate once added
Cannot configure scheduling behavior
How to Book Time With Your Team Internally
If you want to schedule a meeting with your team internally:
Go to your Dashboard → Scheduling → Teams → Select team
Click Copy link and pick a duration
The link automatically includes all members of the selected team
View overlapping available times
Book the meeting
Sharing Team Availability Externally
You can also use team scheduling links externally for meetings that require multiple attendees.
To share:
Go to your Dashboard → Scheduling → Teams → Select team
Pick a duration
Copy the link
Share it with the external guest
They will only see times that work for the whole team.
Team Scheduling vs Round Robin
Round Robin Mode | Team Scheduling |
Assigns one teammate | Includes multiple teammates |
Best for inbound distribution | Best for group attendance |
Guest meets one person | Guest meets the full team |
Sales/support intake | Workshops, stakeholder calls |

Best Practices
Use Whole Team Booking sparingly (harder to find overlap)
Keep required attendees minimal
Use Round Robin for high-volume scheduling
Use normal calendar invites for internal check-ins
