You can upload PDFs, spreadsheets, CSVs, and other reference documents to help Fyxer generate more accurate drafts, summaries, and responses. Uploaded files give Fyxer additional context about your business, terminology, processes, and data.
Why Upload Documents
Fyxer uses your uploaded files as reference material to improve:
Draft replies (industry- or company-specific accuracy)
Meeting summaries and follow-ups
Answers in Fyxer Chat
Data-driven responses based on spreadsheets or CSVs
These documents help Fyxer understand:
Your terminology
Your workflows
Your company's information
Pricing, policies, processes, or product details
Best for static reference content: Uploads work best for information that doesn't change often (e.g., playbooks, templates, pricing summaries). Dynamic documents (e.g., weekly reports, live pipelines, fast-changing data) may become outdated quickly.
How to Upload Documents
Option 1: Upload from Your Dashboard
Open your Fyxer Dashboard
Go to Your Files
Click Choose file
Select a PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, or similar file
(Optional) Enable Share with organization if you want teammates to access it
The file will upload instantly
Fyxer will automatically reference the document when generating drafts or answering related questions.
Option 2: Upload by Email
You can upload files directly from your inbox:
Forward any email to [email protected]
Attach the file you want to upload
Add "upload file" (or "upload PDF") in the message body
Fyxer will store the file in your account and use it as reference material going forward.
Pro Tips for Best Results
Keep files under 10MB for faster processing
Upload static, authoritative documents (guides, pricing, policies, product sheets)
Review and replace outdated files regularly
For data-heavy files, combine uploads with Draft Mode in Chat for more accurate analysis
Avoid uploading drafts, live spreadsheets, or files that change weekly
Things to Know
You control all uploads - you can add, delete, or replace files at any time
Fyxer treats uploaded files as reference, not absolute truth; context may still need refining
Available on Pro plans (document upload may not appear on lower tiers)
