Fyxer gives you full control over your meeting outputs. After a meeting is recorded, you can edit the transcript, choose a different summary style, customize the rewrite, and export your notes in the format you need.
Edit the Transcript
You can edit the transcript directly inside any recorded meeting.
What you can change:
Fix misspelled names
Correct phrases or terminology
Remove off-topic or confidential sections
Any transcript edits automatically update the context Fyxer uses when regenerating summaries.
Choose a Summary Style
You can switch between different summary structures using the Summary style dropdown at the top of your meeting notes.
Available styles:
Executive (default) - High-level overview of discussion points, decisions, and actions
Chronological - Time-ordered summary of topics, decisions, and action items
Sales - Summaries designed for sales calls - highlighting prospect needs, blockers, next steps, and opportunities
How to switch styles:
Open a recorded meeting in your Dashboard → Meetings → Recordings
Click the current summary style (e.g., Executive)
Select a style from the dropdown menu
Click Regenerate to apply the new structure
Switching styles helps you tailor notes for internal handovers, client recaps, or sales workflows.
