Fyxer offers both monthly and annual billing so you can choose the option that fits your budget and commitment level.



The Short Version

  • Monthly billing → pay month-to-month, higher per-user cost

  • Annual billing → pay once per year, 25% cheaper overall

  • You can switch billing cycles at any time from your dashboard



Monthly Billing

Monthly billing is best if you want flexibility or are still evaluating Fyxer.


How it works:

  • You're billed per user, per month

  • Charges renew automatically each month

  • Pricing is higher than annual because there's no long-term commitment

Choose monthly if you prefer lower upfront cost and the ability to cancel anytime.



Annual Billing (25% Discount)

Annual billing gives you the best value if you plan to use Fyxer long-term.


How it works:

  • You pay for 12 months upfront

  • The per-user price is 25% lower than monthly billing

  • The discount is automatically applied - no promo code needed

Example: If a plan costs $50/month on monthly billing, the annual plan costs $37.50/month (billed yearly).


Why Annual Billing Is Cheaper

The annual discount reflects:

  • Long-term commitment

  • Lower billing overhead

  • Fewer plan changes over time

It's a standard SaaS pricing model - you save more by committing upfront.


Why Pricing May Look Different During Signup

Some users notice higher pricing during signup and think something is wrong.

Here's what's happening:

  • Trials often start with Professional features enabled

  • Pricing shown may default to annual billing

  • Monthly vs annual toggles may not be obvious during onboarding

You are not locked in - you can change both plan and billing cycle after signup.


How to Switch Between Monthly and Annual Billing

You can change your billing cycle at any time:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing

  2. Scroll to the Billing cycle row

  3. Choose Monthly or Annual

  4. Review the updated cost

  5. Confirm

Any changes will be clearly shown before you approve them.


What Happens If You Switch Mid-Cycle?

  • Fyxer automatically prorates your charges

  • You're only billed for the remaining time

  • Credits or adjustments appear on your next invoice

You'll always see a breakdown before changes are finalized.


Common Questions

Why did I get billed yearly and then monthly?

This usually happens if you switched billing cycles mid-period. Proration ensures you're not double-charged.

Can I switch back to monthly later?

Yes. You can move between monthly and annual at any time.

Is the annual discount available on all plans?

Yes - both Starter and Professional support annual billing with the 25% discount.
