How to update billing or invoice details

You can update your billing and invoice details directly from your Fyxer dashboard. Changes apply to future invoices only.



Who Can Update Billing Details?

Only Admin users can update billing or invoice information.

If you don't see billing options in your dashboard, ask an Admin on your team to make the change.


What You Can Update

From the billing portal, you can update:

  • Company name

  • Billing address

  • VAT / Tax registration number

  • Payment method (card details)

These details will appear on all future invoices.


How to Update Your Billing or Invoice Details

  1. Log in to your Fyxer Dashboard

  2. Go to Settings → Billing

  3. Click Manage Subscription (This opens the secure Stripe billing portal)

  4. Select Billing Information

  5. Update your details

  6. Save your changes



Important: Past Invoices Can't Be Changed

For compliance reasons, existing invoices cannot be edited once they've been issued.

This is a Stripe limitation and applies to:

  • Company name

  • Address

  • VAT / Tax ID

  • Invoice line items
