Team scheduling is built for customer-facing teams who need an easy way for external people to book time with the right person, without inbox back-and-forth.
Round Robin Mode is on by default, automatically assigning meetings to an available team member. This makes Fyxer a powerful alternative to standalone scheduling tools - fully integrated with your email, calendar, and meeting notes.
What Team Scheduling Is For
Use team scheduling for:
Booking meetings with customers, candidates, or external partners
Distributing meetings fairly across a team
Reducing manual coordination
Not for:
Internal meetings or team check-ins
Ad-hoc coordination
Use normal calendar invites for those instead.
How Round Robin Mode Works
Round Robin Mode is the default for all new teams.
When someone books time with your team:
Fyxer checks availability across the team
One team member is automatically assigned
The meeting is booked instantly
Calendar invites are sent
The meeting notetaker joins (if enabled)
Best for:
Sales teams handling inbound leads
Recruitment teams scheduling candidate calls
Customer research or support intake
Admins can change a team's scheduling behavior anytime.
Admins: How to Create and Manage Teams
Only Admins can create or edit teams.
To create a team:
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team
Open the Teams tab
Click Create team
Name the team (e.g. Sales, Customer Support)
Add team members
Finish and save by clicking Create team
Team Access (Members)
Members cannot create or edit teams
Members can request access to existing teams
Admins approve and manage team membership
Share a Team Scheduling Link
Team scheduling links are accessed from the dashboard.
To share a team scheduling link:
Go to your Dashboard: Scheduling → Teams → Select team
Pick a meeting duration
Copy the scheduling link
Share it externally (email, website, outreach, CRM)
External guests use this link to book time with your team.
What Happens When Someone Books
When a meeting is booked via a team scheduling link:
Fyxer checks availability across the team
One team member is assigned (Round Robin Mode, if enabled)
The meeting is scheduled automatically
Calendar invites are sent
The meeting notetaker joins (if enabled)
No manual coordination required.

Individual availability | Availability across the team |
Personal scheduling link | Team link shared externally |
Self-managed | Admin-managed |
One-to-one | Automatically distributed |
