Team scheduling in Fyxer lets you organize teammates into teams so meetings can be booked with the right group - without manually checking everyone’s availability.



What Does Team Scheduling Do?

  • Lets Admins create teams inside Fyxer

  • Groups teammates for easier scheduling

  • Makes it simple to book meetings with a specific team

  • Uses the same scheduling experience you already have in Fyxer


Admins: How to Create and Manage Teams

Only Admins can create or edit teams.

To create a team:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team

  2. Open the Teams tab

  3. Click Create team

  4. Name the team (e.g. Sales, Customer Support)

  5. Add team members

  6. Finish and save by clicking Create team


Members: How Access Works

  • Members cannot create or edit teams

  • Members can request access to an existing team

  • Admins approve or manage team membership


How to Book a Meeting With a Team

To schedule a meeting with a team:

  1. Go to Dashboard Scheduling → Dashboard

  2. Scroll to team scheduling

  3. Choose the team you want (e.g. Customer Support)

  4. Select team members and view available times

  5. Book the meeting


What Happens When Someone Books a Meeting?

When a meeting is booked via a team in your dashboard:

  • Fyxer checks availability across the team

  • The meeting is scheduled automatically

  • Calendar invites are sent as normal

  • The meeting notetaker joins (if enabled)

No manual coordination needed.
