Admins: How to Create and Manage Teams
Only Admins can create or edit teams.
To create a team:
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team
Open the Teams tab
Click Create team
Name the team (e.g. Sales, Customer Support)
Add team members
Finish and save by clicking Create team
Members: How Access Works
Members cannot create or edit teams
Members can request access to an existing team
Admins approve or manage team membership
How to Book a Meeting With a Team
To schedule a meeting with a team:
Go to Dashboard → Scheduling → Dashboard
Scroll to team scheduling
Choose the team you want (e.g. Customer Support)
Select team members and view available times
Book the meeting
What Happens When Someone Books a Meeting?
When a meeting is booked via a team in your dashboard:
Fyxer checks availability across the team
The meeting is scheduled automatically
Calendar invites are sent as normal
The meeting notetaker joins (if enabled)
No manual coordination needed.
