Why you need to reconnect Fyxer after changing your password

Changing your Fyxer password signs you out of connected accounts. Here's how to get everything back up and running in a few clicks.

If you've recently changed your Fyxer password, you may notice that your email, calendar, or other integrations have stopped working. This is expected behavior. Here's why it happens and how to fix it.


Why this happens

When you change your password, Fyxer signs you out of your account for security reasons. This also disconnects any integrations you had set up, since they rely on an active, authenticated session to keep working.


How to reconnect your integrations

  1. Log back into Fyxer at app.fyxer.com

  2. Head to Settings → Integrations in your Dashboard

  3. You'll see any disconnected integrations flagged. Click Reconnect next to each one

  4. Follow the prompts to re-authorize access (you may be asked to sign in to Google, Microsoft, or other connected accounts)

Your integrations should be back up and running within a few minutes.
