If you want to delete your Fyxer account, follow these steps to ensure your data is removed securely.
You'll need to disconnect your integrations first, then delete your account.
Step 1: Disconnect Your Integrations
Before deleting your account, remove your connected email and calendar. This ensures Fyxer no longer has access to your inbox or calendar.
Log into your Fyxer AI Dashboard
Go to Settings → Integrations
Under Email and Calendar, click Remove Integration
Wait a few seconds for the disconnection to complete
Once integrations are removed, Fyxer will stop organizing emails and attending meetings.
Step 2: Delete Your Account
After integrations are disconnected:
Click on your Profile in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard
Select Account
Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps to finalize deletion
What Happens Next
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
Any Fyxer-created folders or labels (in Gmail or Outlook) will be removed
Your inbox will return to its original state
Optional: Revoke Access in Google or Microsoft
If you connected Fyxer via Google or Outlook, you can manually revoke permissions:
For Google users:
Visit your Google Account settings
Go to Security → Third-party apps with account access
Find Fyxer AI and click Remove Access
For Microsoft users:
Visit your Microsoft Account permissions page
Find Fyxer AI and remove its access
