Control the Notetaker during a meeting

We’ve made it easier for everyone in a meeting - not just the host - to control when the Fyxer Notetaker is active. This update gives participants more comfort and control, especially during sensitive or private discussions.

You can now manage the Notetaker directly from your meeting chat using simple commands:

Stop the NotetakerType: @fyxer stop into the chat like in example below

This immediately ends the Notetaker’s recording and leaves the meeting.

💡 This command can be used by any participant - not only the meeting host.
​

These in-meeting chat controls apply to new calendar events created after this release.

If your recurring meeting started before this update, it won’t automatically include this functionality.

To enable it:
