Monthly plans:
Full refund available if requested within 7 days of your initial charge
Annual plans:
Full refund available if requested within 30 days of your initial charge
Refund requests made outside these windows aren't guaranteed, but our team is always happy to review your situation.
How to Request a Refund

The email address linked to your Fyxer account
Your organization name (if applicable)
The date of the charge you're querying
Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through next steps.
When You'll Receive Your Refund
Once a refund is approved:
It's issued back to your original payment method
Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days
If you don't see the refund after this time, your bank or card provider may still be processing it.
A Note on External Fees
In some cases, the amount you receive may differ slightly from the original charge due to:
Currency conversion rates
Bank or payment provider fees
We'll always confirm the amount refunded from Fyxer's side, but we can't control fees applied by third parties.
